Accounts Executive
Job responsibilities
- To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.
- Responsible in preparation of full set of accounts and timely submission of monthly management accounts.
- To prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents.
Required qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in accounting standards, internal control policy and procedure.
- Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels.
Customer Service / Customer Service
Job responsibilities
- Manage large volume of customer calls.
- Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Determine opportunities for new sales.
- Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
Required qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of Diploma or equivalent Core Competencies & Proficiencies Levels.
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the English and native language.
- Ability to multitask, detailed oriented and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling.
- Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and respond professionally.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Sales Marketing
Job responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Required qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, advertising or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and has a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
